warmth!

It has been SO nice out lately.We love warm weather. We are definitely a summer time family. Someday we will live in a place where it is warm year round, maybe the Hubs will pick somewhere nice for pa/med school:) 

We love finally having a backyard again. My girls play out there every chance they can get and Hadley is obsessed with outside. She throws some pretty awesome tantrums when we have to go inside.. she is a gem. I forgot that my lovelies go through terrible ones and not so much terrible twos. no wonder why I have so much damn gray hair! 

I am trying to enjoy my spring break. I have not even touched anything closely related to school and it has been fabulous!! I can't wait for summer. I decided to take the semester off of school and we got pass of all passes again. We will be visiting 7 peaks a lot more this year since we only live a few minutes away. Here's to hoping for more warmth!

Twenty-Nine

I'm 29!!
 I can't believe I just typed that! I know I'm not old by any means but still I'm 29, this is my last year of my 20's then comes the big 3-0! Oh my goodness I have massive amounts of gray hair, I'm not exaggerating either. I tried just pulling them out but then I realized there are way to many and I don't think I can afford to lose that much hair. I guess bring on the hair dye!

I had a fabulous birthday. Shane took me to eat at Goodwood (which I LOVE) then took me shopping and made me a delicious birthday cake:) My girls made me a bunch of birthday cards and they were SO excited to give them to me. I LOVED them they were the best gifts ever! 

On Friday night we went to chilis with Jill,Jeff,Mikell and Josh and then went bowling. I thought I would be better with all the wii bowling I have been playing but holy crap I suck. I am pretty sure we all sucked but it was still loads of fun!
Here's to hoping the last year of my twenties is Fabulous!!

One...

My baby is one. It was a happy/sad day. Shane thinks I am crazy..but it's sad my last baby is one. I swear she is growing up way to fast. I may have had a little bit of a breakdown..but it's all good I made sure nobody was around to witness it:) 

We had cake and icecream for her on her birthday thanks to all the family that came! I made FOUR cakes that day. I was so mad every single one I made got stuck to the bottom of the pan. (It was the first time baking a cake in this oven and all I can say is it is a piece of shiz.) But finally I was able to get one to work. It wasn't the prettiest but I'm sure Hads didn't mind. I'm so glad Hadley is in our family we love her to pieces! 

SNOW!!

So it finally snowed. My kids were SO excited. I am not a fan of snow at all. I don't have any snow clothes whatsoever and well neither do my girls.. yes I am a horrible mother. They still wanted to go outside and build a snowman so I found what warm clothes we had and sent them out! Their friends/our neighbors came over and helped. They made the cutest little snowman ever:) I am definitely going to buy them some better snow gear this week then we can all go sledding, which I do happen to enjoy:)

The final product! SO cute!  The sun was so bright sam and dylann were dying..which always worries me  time for blood draws I guess. Yay for some snow!

TeMpLe SqUaRe

We did our yearly Ivers family Christmas outing to spaghetti factory/ lights at temple square last night. It was just fabulous...freezing but fabulous;)

The girls LOVE spaghetti but me not so much so I took one for the team (like every year) and ate some wonderfully over priced spaghetti.

We got to see Santa Claus and the girls asked for a barbie, I don't think they even want  barbies for Christmas but they were so nervous that was all they could think of! 

 Shane and I passed all of our classes ... I guess you can call that a true Christmas miracle:) Now I need to finish up my shopping!!  

It's true

My baby....My first born is eight! 

I can't believe how fast time goes it makes me sad. It seems like yesterday I found out I was pregnant with her and I was SO excited. Then she was born and now she is eight.  It really seems like it went that fast.

Everyone in her class wrote her birthday cards today and she was so excited to read them. She loves to read (just like her dad) She is getting so big. I can't imagine life without our Presley we love her SO much.

NINE months

I can't believe my baby is nine months old. It is so sad they grow up WAY to fast and I think it is harder knowing she is our last but good at the same time...doesn't make any sense I know.

She has turned into one crazy little girl lately. She crawls everywhere pulls herself up to everything and just laughs and laughs all day. She has started to bite everyone and anything and her little teeth hurt. She bit Shane's face tonight and then just laughed an evil little laugh! She is my only baby that has taken a binky she loves it and we have learned not to leave home without it. She is the sweetest happiest little girl (when she is not sick of course). We love our little Hads.

Happy Halloween!

Well I wouldn't say this was the best halloween ever, but the girls seemed to enjoy it so I guess it was a success.

It was kind of a crazy day for me...mondays are always  crazy anyways. I have tests to take and shane has his 12 hour shift at the hospital and Hadley had a double ear infection. all I can say is thank freaking goodness for the antibiotic shot she got, it was a lifesaver! I took the girls trick or treating with Brandon in Jill's neighborhood it was just fantastical:)
